Q: What is your cancellation policy
A: You can find our policy on this page
Q: Do you require a deposit
A: Terrific Pet Cottage will require a %50 non refundable deposit, that will be deducted from your invoice
Q: When is my payment due
A: Payment for service is due upon drop off for overnight care. Daycare is due at the end of the week.
Q: What payment methods do you take
A: we take Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, Credit card
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: Terrific Pet Cottage is certified in pet first aid and CPR
Q: Where does my dog(s) sleep at night
A: Dogs sleep in one of our 7 large kennels at night. This provides a safe place for them to rest in a den like environment.
Q: Do you send photos to us to know how our puppy is doing?
A: We do not send photos directly. However, we do post photos of your doggies day on facebook and Instagram every day. If you do not have facebook please let us know and we can send a photo via Email.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for a booking
A: It is best to make a booking ASAP to reserve a spot for your doggy
Q: My schedule changes for work every week is it possible to get different days?
A: Yes, it is. If you let us know when you know we will do our best to work around your specific needs.
Q: How old does my puppy need to be before he can join daycare
A: Your pup should be at least 3 months old and have his / her vaccinations prior to joining.
Q: Do I need to do a meeting before boarding or daycare
A: Yes meet and greets are mandatory. This is to evaluate if your dog is suitable for our daycare and boarding. We will not accept your dog if you can not do a meet and greet.
Q: Is your facility heated/ cooled
A: Yes it is, it is also very well insulated
Q: What do I need to bring for overnight care
A: Please refer to our what to bring page
Q: I feed my dog a raw diet, will this be a problem
A: No it is not a problem. However, we will require you to portion out all meals.
Q: How do I make a booking

Q: My dog is not good with other dogs, can they go in a pen by themselves
A: Yes we have a "grumpy gus" pen for dogs who would like to spend time alone
Q: How do we pay for our invoice
A: Billing is sent at the beginning of the month for daycare and you are required to pay at the end of the week. The amount you pay will come off your invoice.
Overnight boarding payments are due before drop off. We require 50% deposit
